Through this course, you will continue to learn skills and techniques that will allow you to gain a better understanding of your body and express yourself gracefully underwater through better aquatic movements.

After this course will allow you to proceed into the 
Advanced Mermaid 2 with Mark
working towards finding and fine tuning yourself, into a Mermaid Soul.
