Introduction to Freediving
Duration: 2-2.5hrs
This course offers an introductory knowledge of freediving and skills such as relaxation of body and mind and foundation skills to enjoy in water. The aim of this introductory course is to give all lovers of the sea the opportunity to experience freediving in a safe and enjoyable way. The aim is to promote a positive mental approach to the discipline that will allow the student to experience the well-being associated with apnea underwater.
This course is not a certificate course, but a discovery try out session.
