- To register for this trip, you will first need to indicate your interest by carting out and complete a form we will send you.
- Please note that an indication of interest does not mean that your place is confirmed.
- After which, we will send you the payment details.
- All reservations are confirmed only when we receive payment full payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have a confirmed reservation and no longer able to travel, please inform us as this will open up a spot for another person.
We understand that you might have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. We will work together with you to look for someone to replace you.
$150 penalty for any cancellations.
25% refunds if withdrawals made less than 3 months before trip.
50% refunds will be given if withdrawals are made less than 2 months before trip, or you can find a replacement who have not registered for the trip.
